Job Description:
Applicants must be willing to work full-time, Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Benefits:
- Pay – $35,000.00 – $42,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a welcoming patient experience and promote a positive atmosphere.
- Handle patient check-ins/outs, educate patients, and manage payments.
- Answer in-person inquiries at the Front Desk and stay updated on workflow changes.
- Understand and navigate the Electronic Medical Reporting (EMR) system.
- Manage patient flow and scheduling, ensuring timely care by providers.
- Set up payment plans and verify insurance for behavioral and primary care services.
- Meet or exceed key metrics for collections and scheduling.
- Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals at the clinic, including providers and medical assistants, to ensure to deliver the highest quality care to patients.
- Address and resolve complex issues promptly while aligning actions with Mid Cities Psychiatry values.
- Document patient interactions and promote additional services.
- Manage escalations effectively and ensure appropriate follow-through.
- Operational support for practice, including organizing and maintaining patient areas.
- Full-time role with hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Qualifications:
- College degree or equivalent education and experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation.
- 1-3 years of healthcare experience preferred.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Google Suite and past EMR experience (Mid Cities Psychiatry used iPatientCare)
