She received her initial certification from The University of Texas at Rio Grande Valley and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University. Her further studies include a Master’s Degree from Angelo State University and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Chatham University.
With nearly two decades in healthcare, Jackquelyn has been a registered nurse, nurse practitioner, and assistant nursing professor. She is committed to training the next generation of advanced practice providers and has extensive experience working with diverse patient populations. Her passion lies in psychiatry and integrative medicine, which she believes are essential for holistic well-being.
Outside of work, Jackquelyn enjoys family time, travel, dining out, and embracing the vibrant Texas culture. She is currently learning to play the acoustic guitar, celebrating the “Bigger” aspects of her Texas roots.
